To update your user data (email, password, preferred language), our RMI portal has predicted these use cases:

  • Change email: Considering that the email is a key information to identify your account, there is no direct way for you to do so. Go to Home > Clients Area > Logged in user (your email address) and click on the down pointing arrow.  Choose “Edit Profile” submenu. On the list of options appearing, change your email and save the changes
  • Change Password: To do so you need to be logged in our RMI portal. Once you are logged in, go to Clients Area > Logged in user (your email address) and click on the down pointing arrow. Choose “Change Password” submenu. Insert the new password and submit your request. An email with your new generated password will be sent to confirm the change.
    In case you have forgotten your password, go to Home > Clients Area > Login (submenu). On the Login page, click on Forgot Password. Provide your email to the pop-up window and send your request for a new password.
  • Preferred Language: Go to Clients Area > Logged in user (your email address) and click on the down pointing arrow. Choose “Edit Profile” submenu. On the list of options appearing, select your language.
